Axelrad Beer Garden is an outdoor beer garden and bar in Houston, set up with hammocks. Google describes it as a laid-back spot with craft beers, food trucks and regular events. Its website says the garden hosts video art, film screenings, live music and festivals.
Axelrad does not serve food itself. It shares a patio with Luigi's Pizzeria, and food trucks rotate through the garden. You are also welcome to bring your own food.
Dogs are welcome, with bowls and treats on hand. The website asks that they be spayed or neutered, well-behaved and on a leash. Kids are welcome too, until the garden switches to 21 and over in the evening.

Parking is easy to sort out. There is a lot diagonally across from the front door, a gravel lot behind Luigi's and plenty of street parking. You hand over a card when you order your first drink, and it comes right back.
