This page describes what we collect through the claim flow and how we handle it.
Claim form
When you claim a listing or start a correction, we ask for your name, work email, role at the brewery, and an optional note. We use these fields to verify that you represent the business and to review correction requests.
Email delivery
Verification codes and claim updates are sent through Mailgun from claims@brewery.fyi. We do not use your email for marketing.
IP address
Our claims service records the IP address that reaches it when you submit the form. We use that address only to limit abuse, such as too many code requests from one connection.
How long we keep claim records
Claim records stay while your listing remains claimed so we can handle corrections. Email hello@brewery.fyi if you want a claim record deleted.
What we do not do
We do not sell listing or claim data. Pages on this site use our own HTML, CSS, and a small inline script for the mobile menu. We do not load ad trackers or third party analytics scripts.
Listing pages may embed a Google Maps iframe when an address is on file. Opening that map loads tiles and scripts from Google.
