These terms apply when you browse the site, sign in, leave a review, or claim a listing.
What Brewery.fyi is
Brewery.fyi is a public register of breweries and similar places. Listings are built from public sources, each brewery's own website, and its Google listing.
No company pays to be listed. Information can be wrong or out of date, so check with the brewery before you visit or rely on a detail here.
Accounts and sign in
Some features need a signed in account. You can sign in with a one time email code or with Google when that option is offered on the sign in screen.
Other providers may appear later if we enable them. You are responsible for keeping access to the email tied to your account.
Reviews and photos
Reviews must describe a real visit. Be honest, be specific, and use the disclosure checkbox if you work for the brewery or are close to someone who does.
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Brewery.fyi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use your review text and approved photos to operate and promote the site.
Photos stay private until a moderator approves them. We may remove reviews or photos for the eight reasons listed in our review guidelines. We never remove content because of its star rating or tone.
Brewery owners
You can claim a listing for free. An approved claim adds a badge and lets you submit corrections, owner replies, tap lists, food menus, and hours updates.
You are responsible for keeping that information accurate. Hours changes go through review before they publish. We can revoke a claim that was made improperly.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at volume, send spam, impersonate a person or business, or try to break or overload our systems.
Do not use the site to harass anyone or to post content that breaks the review guidelines.
Deleting your data
Reviewer accounts, reviews, and photos can be deleted as described on our data deletion page. Claim records are covered in our privacy page.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or safe to visit.
We are not responsible for a brewery's service, food safety, or your drinking decisions. Drink responsibly and only if you are of legal drinking age where you are.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows when they last changed.
