Holler Brewing Co. is a brewery and taproom in Houston. Its website calls it a local, independent brewer of world-class ales and lagers. The beer is served tank fresh in the taproom, which is open every day.
The tap list rotates with the season. The website lists styles from a German-style pils and an English-style ESB to a hazy IPA and a raspberry lime sour. It says the ESB won a bronze medal at the 2017 GABF.
Holler does not serve its own food, except popcorn. A pop-up chef is almost always on site, and the regular pop-ups are Tacos Bomberos and Napulee Pizza. The taproom usually has non-alcoholic beer, nitro cold brew, Topo Chico and housemade root beer on tap too.
Kids are allowed, and there is a changing table. Dogs are welcome on the patio only. A 10-foot projector screen and a TV show sports daily.
