Grand Fir Brewing is a family-owned brewpub in southeast Portland. Its website calls it a neighborhood pub, founded in 2022 by Brewmaster Whitney Burnside and Chef Doug Adams. They started it after the pandemic to blend their love for beer, food and community.
The goal was a relaxed, delicious brewpub where the beer and the kitchen share the spotlight. The brewery's tagline is Old Growth, Fresh Beer.
