Evasion Brewing is a gluten free brewpub in Portland. Its website says the beer is brewed in a dedicated gluten free facility. The 100% all grain beers aim to deliver flavor and mouthfeel without compromise.
Becky and Josh took ownership of Evasion in 2023. Josh was diagnosed with celiac disease after the family moved back to Portland from Germany. After tasting Evasion beer, they bought the brewery rather than see it go out of business.
Hophoria IPA is the flagship, brewed with Mosaic and Citra hops. The website also lists Old School Amber and Tantamount Stout, which it calls the beer that started Evasion. Rotating and seasonal beers show up too.
You can take beer home. The website sells 16oz cans in 4 packs and by the case. Google lists a wheelchair accessible entrance and restroom.
