Breweries in Oregon

Oregon is a big brewery state with a clear center. Portland holds about a quarter of the breweries, and Bend holds about a tenth. Add Eugene, and roughly two in five sit in those three cities.

Brewpubs are a big part of the Oregon list. Where size is known, they come close to matching the microbreweries. Beer gardens, beer halls and beer stores fill out the list, and The Bier Stein in Eugene is one of the most reviewed spots in the state.

In Portland, Great Notion Brewing - Alberta pairs its dessert-style beers with Matt's BBQ Tacos. Wayfinder Beer is a lager-focused brewpub in inner Southeast Portland with its own decoction vessel. 10 Barrel Brewing Portland on NW Flanders Street has four other breweries within a short walk.
