Alpha Brewing Company is a brewery, distillery and restaurant on Fyler Avenue in St. Louis. Google describes a small local beer producer with a tasting room serving barrel-aged and sour drafts and bottles. The name comes from alpha acids, the compound in hops that makes them bitter.

Meat Bingo runs on the last Thursday of every month, and a monthly pottery painting sip 'n' paint is hosted with Vessel Ceramics. Regulars can join the Sipster beer drinking club.
Its website says Alpha is a 5 Star member of the Green Dining Alliance, and it partners with New Earth Farm on two community compost drop-off bins. The Barrel Room is a restored event space with banquet tables, a private bar and two large TVs.
