Corn Coast Brewing Company is a nano brewery and taproom in southwest Lincoln. Its website says it specializes in modern IPA, heavily fruited seltzers, and crushable light and classic style beers. A second taproom is in La Vista.
The name has a story. Its website says three friends from UNL went on to serve in the military, living on the Southern California, Coastal Carolina and Florida Gulf coasts. Back home for the holidays, they affectionately called Nebraska the Corn Coast.
Food trucks stop at the Lincoln taproom, and the website keeps a schedule. Outside food is always welcome, so you can bring your own. Bingo runs every Tuesday at the Lincoln taproom, according to its events page.
