Code Beer Company is a brewery and taproom in Lincoln's Telegraph District, at the corner of Antelope Valley Parkway and N Street. The space was reworked to hold a 15 bbl brewery and a taproom that combines the building's century-old character with a modern finish. The website describes the atmosphere as laid-back and comfortable, with plenty of space and seating options.
There are upwards of 12 beers on tap. The 402 is the house lawnmower beer, Jefe's Hefe is a hefeweizen and Hop Thirty is a West Coast-style IPA. British Best is an English-style pale ale served on nitro, and Dark Times is a Baltic porter lagered long at cold temperatures.
Ol' Samuel is an oatmeal stout, and Fine Grind is its nitro version rested on coffee from The Coffee Roaster in Lincoln. Star City Red is a red lager. Food vendors come by occasionally, and on days without food, guests are welcome to bring their own.
