The second floor Beer Hall pours a wide range of Boulevard beers, Quirk Hard Seltzers and non-alcoholic drinks. It is also where brewery tours start.
Boulevard was founded in 1989 in a converted railroad building, and its first keg was Pale Ale. The website says it has grown into the largest specialty brewer in the Midwest. Its lineup runs from Unfiltered Wheat to the Smokestack Series, including Tank 7 American Saison.
The Beer Hall has a kitchen with a curated menu and wide views of Kansas City. The first floor gift shop sells to-go beer, including Brewhouse One releases found only here. You can also build your own Mix Six from the bottle wall.
All ages are welcome, and you do not need a tour to visit the Beer Hall. Events include trivia, bingo and music bingo. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Kansas City on this site.

Do I need a reservation for the Boulevard Beer Hall?
No. Parties of 20 or more should email ahead to plan group options.
Can I bring my dog?
Only registered service animals are allowed in the Tours & Rec Center and Beer Hall. In some seasons the Parklet is open to dogs, so the brewery suggests calling first.
Are the brewery tours accessible?
The Tours & Rec Center is fully ADA accessible, with an elevator to the Beer Hall. Tours cross a multi-story campus with more than 160 stair steps, but ramps or elevators reach every stop on standard tours. Strollers are not allowed on tours.
Can I bring outside food?
No. City health codes do not allow outside food in the Beer Hall or Tasting Room during public hours, but the Beer Hall has its own kitchen.

Book your tour early on boulevard.com, since tickets are released weekly. On busy weekends, the first floor Tasting Room has shuffleboard, games and TVs. Sunday opens earlier and closes earlier than the rest of the week.
Check the events calendar on the same site before you go. The Rec Deck is open only for special events and private parties.
Plan to walk. Brewers' Tap Room and Alma Mader Brewing are each a two to four minute walk away. Rochester Brewing and Roasting Company is under half a mile off.
