Rochester Brewing and Roasting Company is a brewery and coffee roastery in the Crossroads neighborhood of Kansas City. Three friends started it because they wanted to brew beer and roast coffee under one roof. Its website says the name comes from the historic Rochester Brewery, which operated in the 1800s in the same neighborhood.
