Oak & Steel is a locally owned craft drinkery in the Crossroads neighborhood of Kansas City. It opened in September 2019. All 24 taps pour constantly rotating independent craft beer.
The wine list is small and curated. The whiskey list runs past 90 bottles, served neat or over a hand-cut ice cube. Its website says there are no cocktails here.
There is no kitchen, but the bar keeps some locally sourced snacks. You are welcome to bring in food from a Crossroads restaurant, and some will deliver to your table.
The wide open interior fits groups up to 80 people, with 24 more seats on the covered patio. Dogs are welcome on the patio only, and they must stay leashed. Google lists a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, restroom and seating.
