About Tilion Brewing Company
Tilion Brewing Company is a production brewery and taproom in downtown Cannon Falls. The patio looks over the Little Cannon River and the falls the town is named for. The name comes from the Icelandic "Til iðn," which means "to craft."
Tilion is a brewery, not a brewpub. You can drink in the taproom or take beer home in 16 oz cans or crowlers. The rotation includes a Belgian single ale called T-1 and a New England IPA called 2 Day Weekend.
There is no full kitchen. The taproom sells Minnesota-made snacks such as Heggies pizzas and Cannon Belles cheese curds, and you can bring your own food or order takeout from downtown restaurants. Hard seltzers and craft soda are on the menu too.
It is a family friendly brewery with free games to play. Team trivia runs on Thursdays, and bar bingo comes on the first Friday of each month.
