About Red Wing Brewery
Red Wing Brewery is a brewpub on Old West Main Street in Red Wing. Its website says it is the first brewery in Red Wing to open its doors in over 60 years. It sits in the old brewery district, just up the street from the site of the original Red Wing Brewery.
The brewhouse is small, at 3 1/2 barrels. Its website says the beer is made and sold only at the brewery, so it is as fresh as possible. Three of the year-round beers are historic Red Wing brands, including Remmler's Royal Brew, which follows an 1896 recipe.
