About Inver Grove Brewing Co
Inver Grove Brewing Co is a brewpub on Buchanan Trail in Inver Grove Heights. Its website calls it a locally owned and operated brewpub with a restaurant and an on-site brewery. The beer brewed there is sold only at the brewpub or in 750 mL crowlers to take home.
The kitchen is a big part of the draw. The menu includes fire roasted Neapolitan style pizzas, street tacos, burgers, sandwiches, pastas and salads. The bar also pours cocktails and wine, and a brunch menu runs on weekends.
Families are a focus. The website lists high chairs, changing tables in both restrooms, family card games and a kids menu. Pets are welcome on the patio, and sports play on numerous televisions. Its website says this is the second brewpub opened by its owners, who also run a sister location in Lakeville.
