Apocalypse Brew Works, LLP is a brewery and taproom on Mellwood Avenue in Louisville. Its website says the taproom, called the Fallout Shelter, opened in May of 2012. The brewers lean into an end-of-the-world theme, with the motto Drink Beer Til the End.
