Degrees Plato Tap Room Bottle Shop & Kitchen is a neighborhood beer bar, bottle shop and Latin kitchen on MacArthur Boulevard in Oakland. It calls itself a third space for the community. The focus is independent craft beer from specialty brewers.
The tap list rotates constantly. Seven cooler doors hold bottles and cans to take home. The wine and cider are independent too.
The scratch kitchen uses local and Mexican ingredients for Oakland-style tortas, tacos and snacks. Tortas come on bolillo bread from Bui Phong Bakery in Fruitvale, pressed on the plancha. Vegan options include house-made tofu chorizo.
