Amorphic Beer is a brewery and taproom on North Fratney Street in Milwaukee. Its website says it got its start in a corporate cubicle, with a group of engineers. Those engineers now spend their time on beer, and the brewery says it designs and builds almost everything itself.
The menu is mostly hazy IPAs, Czech lagers and rice lagers inspired by Việt Nam. The rest of the list includes fruited sours, gluten-free hard seltzers made with real fruit, and West Coast IPAs. Its website says new beers are generally released every week, on draft and in cans.
The website calls the taproom a family friendly and community oriented space. On-leash pets are welcome in the main taproom and on the front patio. Packers, Brewers, Bucks, Marquette and Badger games are always on.
Monday is trivia night and Thursday is Nerd Bingo, both at 7pm. Outside food is encouraged, and the events page lists food trucks.
