About Backroom Brewery
Backroom Brewery is a farm brewery on ten working acres in Middletown, Virginia. It dates to 2013, and the brewery says it is Virginia's first farm brewery.
The taproom keeps more than 25 beers on rotation, and the tap list never sits still. Hops grow on the trellis and herbs grow in the beds, and the kitchen serves farm-fresh pub fare. The brewery says it has won three gold medals from Virginia Craft Beer Magazine.
Kids and dogs are welcome everywhere. A gazebo patio looks out to the mountains, live music plays at the brewery, and you are free to wander the farm.
The Big Barn is a two-level event venue with 10,000 square feet of exposed timber. It hosts weddings, corporate retreats and parties for up to 250 guests. The entrance, parking lot, restroom and seating are all wheelchair accessible.
