Blue Owl Brewing is a brewery in East Austin, Texas, that has poured sour beer since 2015. Its website says the brewery is now under new ownership, brothers Tony and Ian Norris along with co-owner and executive brewer Jeff Young. Sour beer built this place, and that's still the reason to visit.
