About WISEACRE Brewing Company HQ
From WISEACRE's own website and its Google listing, read September 30, 2026.
WISEACRE Brewing Company HQ is the downtown Memphis home of Wiseacre. The brewery also runs a second taproom on Broad Avenue. Its website says Wiseacre specializes in crisp, light-colored lagers.
Brothers Davin and Kellan Bartosch started Wiseacre in their hometown of Memphis. The name comes from a term of endearment and scolding their grandmother used on the young troublemakers.
The website credits water from the Memphis Sands Aquifer for the lagers. It says Sky Dog Premium Lager won a Gold Medal at the Great American Beer Festival as America's Best Light Lager. It also says Tiny Bomb earned a Bronze Medal there.
Little Bettie serves pizza and snacks at the same address. Google lists HQ as a brewpub, beer hall and beer garden. Private events can be planned through the website.
