Maroon Brew Co is a brewery and brewpub on West Poplar Avenue in Collierville. Owner Maggie Emerson is also the head brewer, and every beer on tap is brewed on site. The brewery says it is 100% female-owned and run.
The taproom has 10 taps, and the line-up rotates. Maroon Brew Co does not distribute, so everything it makes is served right here. Styles run from blondes to hoppy beers, malty beers and fruited options.
The kitchen serves gourmet hot dogs, smash burgers, chicken and shareables. Non-beer drinkers have sparkling lemonade on tap, a wine and seltzer list, and a cooler of sodas, sparkling waters and teas.
