About Keeping Together

Keeping Together is a brewery and beverage garden on Rufina Street in Santa Fe. It is housed in a repurposed greenhouse that was once a plant nursery. Its website says the idea is that great beverages can bring people together.

Averie Swanson, a Master Cicerone, founded Keeping Together in 2019 as a small beer project in Chicago. The early beers were mixed-culture, farmhouse-style ales brewed in residence at Half Acre Beer Company. In 2022 Swanson and business partner Pat Fahey moved to Santa Fe to build a permanent home for the brand.

The beers range from rustic farmhouse ales to crisp lagers and hybrid styles. The brewery says it draws on seasonal ingredients from local farms and foragers. Non-alcoholic options are also on offer.
