About Flapjack Brewery
Flapjack Brewery is a small-batch brewery and wood-fired pizzeria in Berwyn's Historic Depot District. The slogan is Berwyn Born, Berwyn Brewed. The flagship is Fantasmo Vanilla Cream Ale, a smooth beer with gentle vanilla and a soft malt body.
Eight rotating taps pour fresh beer in the taproom. The line-up has run from a hefeweizen and a brown ale to a hazy IPA, a double IPA and an imperial stout. Cider, wine, a few shots and house made cream soda are also on the menu.
The pizzas are Neapolitan-inspired and rooted in Southern Italian tradition. The menu stays short and seasonal, with antipasti and dessert beside the pies. There is a child-sized margherita for younger eaters, and you can take beer home in a crowler.
Trivia nights, live music and food trucks show up at events. The brewery takes private parties on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. The parking lot is wheelchair accessible.
