About Trove Brewing
Trove Brewing is a brewery on County Road 42 West in Burnsville. Its website calls the place dog friendly, and dogs are welcome both inside and outside on a leash. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Burnsville on this site.
The taps lean on named house beers. The Sideshow is a Kölsch, The Oddity is a West Coast IPA, and The Stooge is a hazy IPA. There is also a Czech pilsner, an ESB, a cream ale, a hefeweizen and a sour.
Outside there is a patio with picnic tables and high tops, in both sun and shade. Food trucks usually come on the weekends, and a snack cart sells pretzels, meat sticks and sodas. The website says Wise Owl Eatery stocks a cooler in the taproom with sandwiches, wraps and charcuterie.
