About Bald Man Brewing
Bald Man Brewing is a brewery and taproom in Eagan. Its tagline is Beer That Rocks. The brewery says it brings together fresh artisan beer, family and community, and great rock music.
Beer is only part of the list. It also pours Gimme Some Water hard seltzer and a rotating line of Rocktails, which are made with an uncarbonated double hard seltzer. The brewery calls both gluten-friendly.
Food trucks visit almost every night of the week. When no truck is there, the taproom serves Heggie's Frozen Pizza. Video Music Bingo runs on Wednesdays, bingo runs on Sundays, and live music plays on the patio on summer Thursdays, weather permitting.
The fermenting tanks hold up to 44 barrels each. The beer is also sold at local bars, restaurants and liquor stores around the Twin Cities. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Eagan on this site.
