About The Savage Tap
The Savage Tap is a brewery and taproom on Eagle Creek Parkway in Savage, Minnesota. It runs as a community gathering spot with a full bar of beer, wine and cocktails. Live music, game nights and rotating food trucks fill the week.
The tap list mixes year-round beers with limited releases. Styles run from light and approachable to hazy and juicy, with citrus hop pours, dark lagers and wild farmhouse ales in the rotation. A featured brew changes through the year, and 750 ml crowlers are sold to go.
Most nights have something on. Trivia is on Thursdays, music bingo on Sundays, the Initials Game on Mondays and drop-in bags on Wednesdays.
Food trucks change every week, so there is always a different menu out front. Dogs are welcome on the patio, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
