About B.C. Brewery
B.C. Brewery is a brewery and restaurant on Gilroy Road in Hunt Valley. The brewery says it opened in 2018 as Maryland's first brewery with self-serve beer walls, where you pour as little or as much as you like and pay by the ounce.
The taproom has two self-serve beer walls with 24 taps. Everything is brewed on site, and a second brewhouse is dedicated to gluten free beer. The brewery says it is Maryland's only 100% gluten free beer, and there are also cider, beer and wine hybrids and slushies.
The BCB Eats kitchen serves tacos, wings, nachos, burgers and pizza, with gluten free options. Live music, darts and cornhole fill out the taproom, and trivia runs every Tuesday at 7pm. Leashed dogs are welcome during normal hours.
The event space holds up to 300 guests. The entrance, parking lot, restroom and seating are wheelchair accessible.

You set up a tab at the front register and show valid ID to get a beer wall card. Seating is first come, first serve, so you do not need a reservation.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. Dogs are allowed in the taproom during normal hours if they are on a leash and well behaved.
