Union Craft Brewing is a brewery with a taproom and beer garden in the Medfield neighborhood of Baltimore. It sits inside the Union Collective, a former Sears warehouse that is now a hub for small local makers. Union was founded in 2011 and released its first beer, Duckpin Pale Ale, in 2012.
Duckpin is still a top favorite, along with Zadie's Lager, Divine IPA and Skipjack Pilsner. For something without alcohol, Hopwater Springs is a hoppy seltzer. Wine, cider and draft cocktails fill out the bar, and the beertenders can put together a flight.
Carroll & Son Fine Foods is just inside the taproom. The Charmery and Vent Coffee Roasters are nearby friends for ice cream and coffee. Union Hall is family-friendly during regular hours, and leashed pets can join you in the outdoor beer garden.
The events calendar is busy, with bingo, comedy, open mic nights and speed dating. You can book a brewery tour or host your own event. More people have reviewed Union on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Baltimore on this site.

Can I bring kids to Union Craft Brewing?
Yes. Union Hall and the beer garden welcome all ages during regular hours, with no 6pm cutoff. Anyone under 21 must stay within six feet of an adult, and some events are 21 and over.
Are dogs allowed?
Only in the outdoor beer garden. Pets must stay on a leash and with you.
Is there food at Union?
Yes. Carroll & Son Fine Foods is inside the taproom. Outside food is not allowed, except treats from The Charmery and Vent Coffee Roasters, and birthday cakes.

This is a working factory, so stay off the furniture and out of the brewhouse and silo area. ADA parking is right by the beer garden, with a level path to the door. Sunday closing time is earlier than the rest of the week.
