Wet City is a brewery, full bar and restaurant on West Chase Street in Baltimore's Mount Vernon. The name is a nod to Prohibition. Its website says Maryland was the only state that refused to pass an enforcement act, which made it the wettest state in the union.
The bar pours house beer along with cocktails and wine. The kitchen runs starters, large plates and dessert, and you can order carryout online.
Weeknights come with a deal. Monday is burger night, Tuesday is taco night, Wednesday brings whiskey specials and Thursday is wing night.
The site says the crew never takes itself too seriously, and points to the Spagett and the Krunkwrap as proof. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Baltimore on this site.
