About Root Wild Kombucha
Root Wild Kombucha is a kombucha brewery and tasting room on Portland's East End, between Fox and Walnut Street. Its goal is to work locally farmed and foraged ingredients into each product. The idea is a unique taste of Maine in every sip.
Twelve rotating draft options pour kombucha and beer. Any of them can go home in a 32oz growler, and regulars can join the growler club membership program.
The website promises laid back vibes and killer sunsets. Snacks include feta and olives, Little Lad's popcorn, corn tortilla chips and Middle East Coast pita bread. The pita pairs with Shovel & Spoon hummus and labneh.
A food truck often parks outside on weekends in the warmer spring and summer months. You can also bring your own food or pick up takeout in Bayside. The space is available to rent, and the tasting room serves indoors and outside.
