Wichita Brewing Co. & Pizzeria is a brewpub at 13th and Tyler in west Wichita. This is where the company started. The website says the first brewpub opened here in 2011 with wood-fired pizza and five beers on tap, and it still cooks and brews in the same spot.
The company has grown to three brewpubs and a production brewery since then. In 2020 it signed a deal to bring back Tallgrass Brewing Company's beers, a Kansas brand that stopped brewing in 2018. The website says 8-Bit, Buffalo Sweat and Raspberry Jam are now brewed year-round.
The pizza dough and sauce are made fresh in-house every day. The menu also runs to sandwiches, salads and sides. You can take home 6-packs of cans from any of the brewpubs.
The West pub hosts a weekly trivia night. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Wichita on this site.
