Hopping Gnome Brewing Company is a Wichita brewery built around a small taproom and beer garden. The founders chose a five barrel brewing system instead of a restaurant so the room could stay focused on beer, games and hanging out with friends.
The beer list moves from English style ESB and amber ale to IPA, saison, coffee stout, sour and gose. Hard seltzer, cider, wine and non alcoholic drinks give groups more options beyond house beer.
Food trucks and pop ups rotate through the calendar, and outside food is welcome when none are scheduled. All beers are available to go in crowlers or growlers, with some single cans and 4 packs in the cooler.
