Quantum Brewing is a microbrewery and tasting room in Kearny Mesa, San Diego. It brews all its beer in house and builds its whole identity around science, with chalkboards on the walls and beers named after physics ideas like Gravity Well and Fissile Material.
The tap list runs from hoppy IPAs to a Belgian style quad and a nitro stout. Pale's Constant, an Imperial Pale Ale, is the taproom's best seller. The lineup rotates regularly, so what's pouring changes from visit to visit.
