Ketch Brewing is a brewpub in San Diego's Kearny Mesa neighborhood, on Ostrow Street. Its head brewer, Dr. Sam Billheimer, holds a Ph.D. from Scripps Institute of Oceanography and worked as a commercial fisherman in Alaska before turning to beer. He honed his craft at San Diego breweries including Benchmark Brewing, Mike Hess and Fall Brewing before joining Ketch.

The taps pour Ketch's own beers, brewed, canned and packaged on site in small batches. Alta Mar is a Mexican-style amber lager, and Celestial Navigation is a San Diego-style IPA. Hazy Conditions is a hazy IPA, and Dr. Billheimer's Magic Pilsner is brewed in the German style.

Its website says Brig Blonde won a gold medal at the 2025 Great American Beer Festival. The kitchen serves a full food menu of appetizers and plates, from buffalo wings and crispy calamari to fish tacos and a burger. Cans, crowlers and kegs are available to take home.
