Ghost Town Brewing is a warehouse brewery and taproom on Adeline Street in West Oakland. This is where the beer is made, and the brewery calls its style Brutal Beer Making. The whole brand runs on a haunted theme, down to an age check that warns lying to a ghost is bad luck.
Google describes a low-key, spacious room pouring house beers by the pint and the growler. The tap list is pulled live from the brewhouse. The website keeps an archive of past beers, including barrel-aged releases.
The West Oakland taproom welcomes dogs and kids. It has a patio, and food comes from food trucks. Ghost Town also runs a second spot, a biergarten and kitchen on MacArthur Boulevard in Laurel.
