Trademark Brewing | Brewery + Tap Room is a brewery and taproom on East Anaheim Street in Long Beach. Its website calls Trademark the first production craft brewery in Long Beach. The taproom has 30 taps of Trademark Brewing beers and a large outdoor biergarten.
Sterling and Ilana Steffen, a husband and wife team, founded the brewery. The website says it was built with sustainability in mind, and that its computerized mash filter and processes use about half the water of other breweries and 30% less energy.
The Hoppy section of the tap list includes West Coast IPAs like Codebreaker, Perfect Gentleman and Phase. The Light section has A La Playa, a Mexican lager with lime and salt, and Talking Hands, an Italian pilsner. Beer slushies and nitro cold brew coffee are on the menu too.
Well behaved dogs and kids are both welcome. Outside food is welcome, and a rotating line-up of food trucks comes through. Weekly events include trivia, cornhole and viewing parties.
