Pueblo Vida Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom on East Broadway in downtown Tucson. The building dates to 1918. The brewers stripped away decades of add-ons to uncover the red brick, the old growth Mt. Lemmon pine ceiling and the hardwood fir floors.
Google describes the room as rustic-chic, with a large selection of IPAs on tap and board games to play. New beers come out often in 16 ounce four-packs, like a recent saison brewed with Saaz and Audacia hops. The core beers are also sold at Whole Foods, Sprouts, Total Wine and Trevor's stores across Arizona.
There is no kitchen, but outside food is always allowed. The bar sells snacks like popcorn, pretzels and Spanish olives, and bartenders will point you to downtown restaurants that deliver.
Dogs are welcome on a leash, and water bowls are on hand. Wednesday brings free team trivia at 7 PM, and Monday is an all day happy hour with discounted full pours.
