Breweries in Arizona

Based on the breweries in the brewery.fyi register and their own websites, read September 2026.

Phoenix and Tucson anchor the Arizona beer map. Add Tempe, and those three cities hold roughly two fifths of the breweries. Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler and Glendale each add a solid group, while Flagstaff and Prescott carry the count beyond the big cities.

Most of the places listed are breweries, and beer stores make up about one in ten. Where size is known, small microbreweries and brewpubs come out close to even.

Barrio Brewing Co in Tucson is the brewery its website calls Arizona's oldest. Cider Corps Mesa pours cider in a downtown Mesa taproom known as The Bunker. In Chandler, The Perch Brewery keeps a courtyard full of rescued exotic birds.
