Torzala Brewing Co. is a nanobrewery with a taproom on the second floor of the Lincoln Warehouse in Bay View, Milwaukee. Its website says it is the first women-owned, minority-owned, family-run brewery in Milwaukee. It was established in 2021.

Five friends own it, including two sisters, their spouses and a lifelong friend. Each beer name has a story behind it, historical, cultural or familial. The brewhouse is a single barrel, which the brewery says leaves room to be creative.

The tap list rotates and runs to 13 beers and seltzers. The beer page includes Jones Island, a Polish pale ale, and Lumberman Red. Dinámica Dolores is a rauchbier.

Snacks are for sale, and you can bring your own food or order delivery. The taproom is family and dog friendly, and parking is free.
