Karben4 Brewing is a brewery and taproom on Kinsman Boulevard in Madison. It calls itself Madison's Fantasy Factory, and it has been brewing since 2013. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Madison on this site.
The two flagships are Fantasy Factory, an American IPA, and Midwesty, a pilsner. Seasonals rotate through sours, hazy IPAs, an Oktoberfest and a barrel-aged barleywine.
The kitchen serves Sal's Pizza, from a classic cheese pie to a vegan pizza and a mushroom-heavy Woodsman. Snacks include a Banzo falafel plate, cheese curds with summer sausage, soft pretzels and boneless wings.
Non-drinkers get THC and CBD seltzers, Sprecher root beer and UW Terrace lemonade. Google lists the place as a beer garden and a beer store as well as a brewery.
