About Precious Things Fermentation Project

From Precious Things Fermentation Project's own website and its Google listing, read October 5, 2026.

Precious Things Fermentation Project is a rustic farmhouse brewery just north of Spokane. Its website says the tasting room sits in a renovated 1960s barn on seven acres. The brewery makes rustic ales and lagers.

The drink menu leans on the house ales and lagers. It also lists guest ciders, hard seltzers and wine by the glass. Non-alcoholic options include hop water, NA beer and sparkling water, plus a free water station.

There is no kitchen, but a food truck sometimes stops by. Outside food is welcome when there is not one.

Well-behaved, leashed dogs are allowed. Anyone under 13 is not, other than infants. Trivia runs on the second Friday of most months, according to the website.
