Obec Brewing is a brewery in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. Its flagship is a Czech Pils, and much of the lineup leans toward Czech and European styles. The website says the community of Obec starts in the taproom.
The Czech beers are the draw. Besides the Pils, the website lists Granat, a Czech amber lager, and a Czech Dark Lager. It also lists a Czech 8° Lager, a light and sessionable style the site says is often called bike beer in Czech pubs.
