Holy Mountain Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom on Elliott Avenue West in Seattle. Its website says it opened in 2014 and calls itself the original oak and barrel focused brewery in Seattle. This Interbay location is 21 and over.
The beer list runs wide. The brewery says it makes clean, crispy lagers, hoppy pales and IPAs, and saisons fermented in former wine barrels with local berries and stonefruit. It also ages imperial stouts and barleywines in bourbon barrels.
The Interbay taproom has a beer garden, and well-behaved dogs are welcome on a leash. The name nods to a Sleep album, and the taproom hangs an enormous poster for a 1973 Alejandro Jodorowsky film. The brewery says it draws on music, nature and art.
