Here Today Brewery & Kitchen is a brewery and taproom on Elliott Avenue in Seattle. Its front door is on the west side of the building, on the Alaskan Way side. The kitchen serves food alongside the beer.
Three beers are always on tap: Lightning Harp, a rice lager brewed with jasmine rice, Patino Pils, a pilsner brewed in honor of a friend of the brewery, and Glitter Paw, a hazy IPA with Mosaic and Citra hops. Other beers rotate in two or three times a year. The menu also lists cocktails, wine and a guest cider.
The room suits groups and families. Its website says kids are welcome until 8 p.m. each day, and it calls itself a family friendly spot to watch a game. Trivia runs on Mondays and bingo on Tuesdays, both free to play.
There is a patio too, and the taproom takes private events of different sizes. It is one of the many beer spots reviewed in Seattle on this site.
