About Birdsview Brewing Company
Birdsview Brewing Company is a small, family owned brewery on State Route 20 in Concrete, on the North Cascades Highway. It opened in 2006, and every beer is brewed on site in a 7 barrel system at the back of the building. The brewery says it was voted "The Best Stop on the North Cascades Highway" by Cascadia Weekly in 2018.
The brewery only carries its own beer, plus a guest cider. Ingredients are grown in Washington. A seasonal Fresh Hop Pale Ale is made each September with hops grown and handpicked on the property.
The room is easygoing and relaxed, with a beer garden for sunny days. Families are welcome, and dogs are allowed in the outdoor spaces only. The entrance and the parking lot are both wheelchair accessible. Food is served from a kitchen that closes 30 minutes before closing time.
