Three Notch'd Brewery, Distillery & Craft Kitchen - Nelson County is a brewery on Rockfish Valley Highway in Nellysford. It is one of the Virginia locations of Three Notch'd Brewing Co., which began in Charlottesville in 2013. Three friends founded the company.
The name comes from Three Notch'd Road, an old colonial road through Virginia. Many of its locations brew beer on site, with rotating taps of fan favorites, seasonal releases and small-batch experiments. Select locations also make spirits for their cocktail programs.
