Uinta Brewing Co is a brewery with a pub, kitchen and general store on Fremont Drive in Salt Lake City. Its website says it brewed its first beer in 1993. The name comes from the Uinta range, which the site calls the only major east-west oriented mountain range in the continental US.

The Brewhouse Pub and Kitchen is for guests 21 and older. It pours Uinta classics and seasonals on tap or by the can. Limited and one-off releases from the brewery's Research and Development Lab show up too.
