Bewilder Brewing Co is a brewpub in Salt Lake City that makes its own beer and runs a kitchen. Its website says it is one of only two breweries in Utah to carry both the Brewers Association Independent Craft Brewer seal and the Craft Malt seal. A portion of its malt is locally malted at Solstice Malting Company.
Its flagship 5% beers include a Kolsch, an ESB, Fresh Sesh and Hazy Days. The cans are getting new art with wild creatures of myth and story in outdoor scenery.
The kitchen is small but specialized. The menu focuses on handmade sausages and sandwiches from different parts of the world. Besides beer, the bar carries canned wines, ciders and local spirits.
The room has free dart boards, first come, first served. League play can take them over on some nights. Bewilder is 21 and over only.
